Being a CIC I have more CE every license renewal than I need so more CE isunimportant. I take these classes as they are a unique way of learning about topics you justdon’t find in CIC/Rubles seminars and even when you do its 2 days away from home.  Ialready told Laurie I am so glad our Agency became members.  I find myself in a buffetof having more classes I wish I could take than time to take them. This coming from a bluecollar guy that still has an old analog phone and hates computers.!

I don't have a have a business expense with a higherreturn then what I pay to be a member of "Insurance Community University". While Iappreciate being able to fulfill all of my state CE requirements, the real value lies inbeing able to access literally decades of insurance education and experience from people whohave been performers in the industry and know of what they speak. When I have a problem or aquestion, instructors from ICU have made themselves available to help. Most independentinsurance agents don't have a qualified, knowledgeable source to call on when they're unsureor over their head. ICU provides me with that - oh yes, and I get CE credits! There isn'tanything better out there!

The Builders' Risk class was very enlighten, and found that the policy thatwas issued from the carrier was indeed incorrect, in proofing the coverage's.  Withoutthis class I would not have found this error on the issued form.  With the assist ofMarge Segale in a follow up conversation she confirmed the error.
