Personal Lines Claims - Covered Not Covered
Description

From New Exposures like Uber Car…Airbandb… to New Types of Claims Like Vandalism by Suicide

This course will discuss NEW Personal Lines exposures that create insurance nightmares and new potentials for E & O on the broker/agent side. Our clients are renting out their cars; renting out their homes, apartments, or sleep sofas---all to make a little extra money in a tough economy. Whether they are renting out autos and rooms individually or through companies like Uber Car for ride sharing or Airbandb for room rentals, there are significant gaps in current personal lines policies. Social Networking is testing the bounds of the homeowner and umbrella policy. And, lastly, a different economy creates different sorts of claims such as vandalism by suicide.
