Contract Penalty
Contract Penalty language can be included in several different types of insurance policies, for example it is included as a supplemental coverage on many Builders Risk forms. The contract penalty provides coverage for the cost of contractual penalties for non-completion of a project in accordance with the terms of the building contract. There is typically a limit of insurance provided automatically in the forms. Additional coverage can be activated on the Declarations Page.
